You are right, same gimmick was used in 2011 election. Soon PHCN power supply will be miraculously constant until after February election despite PHCN privatisation or not.

Nigerians don't build good houses. It is time they allow construction companies to build apartments and estates for sale through mortgages. That is the best way to go than patching buildings by individuals they will not complete in a year time or more and collapse after five years. Smh...!
