When the govt start doing what they are supposed to do then you can say what you saying now.For the citizenry to fully maximize their
potentials certain things have to be in place like constant electricity,good roads,security,tax incentives for these class of people to encourage them,
and a whole lot of things.In summary,Nigeria,as it is now,does not encourage her citizens to use their full potentials.That why we excel in countries that
have put their own houses in order.
