He's in a better place, away from pains and the fear of death.

I wish his loved ones, the strength to walk through this, and be victorious.

To the Nairaland family, and TEHN, Thank You!

"O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory".

Djdola, tho' life at its best is always brief. U indeed fought wt pains/death & u won. Now, u can't feel any pain again! So rest on, beloved. D news of your demise did really grief our hearts bt we remain grateful to God.

TeHN team. U are d best. Nairalanders, u are indeed a great family. So our hearts & prayers go wt Djdola's family for God to grant them grace to bear dis loss.

@all, dis is a great message to us dat are still living. Keep on d pathway of life & righteousness, having a right standing wt God: it can be anybody's turn at any time. Bt d big question is WHERE WOULD U SPEND YOUR ETERNITY? Preparation for eternity starts NOW.

ZACHIE:
TeHn should keep the money in an account as an Intervention Fund.
Who knows who is next?
You can't help the dead.

bulletproofmonk:
In my opinion, TEHN should evolve into a "Nairaland Foundation" for causes such as this.
Seun, kindy look into this. The balance left from the contributions couldbe used as a Seed.

Thanks for your suggestions

This will be considered and all suggestions will be tendered to the Forum for ratification

DJDOLA, may your soul rest in peace, Amen.

@ Seun Osewa
I have a suggestion to make. Please, and please if you would be so kind to allow a small banner for TEHN's charity projects to be displayed on front page always, so that NLers would always be abreast with TEHN's projects. If a banner would be too much to ask, is it possible to write an algorithm to always have current TEHN's project threads displayed on the front page? This would help ensure speedy response to critical situations as some of us only visit the front page. Some people didn't even know about Hameed's case until his demise. Too many lives are lost in Nigeria needlessly. May God continue to bless you abundantly as you consider this suggestion or something better.

I thank all the NLers who assisted Hameed in one way or the other, contributions, prayer, time, support and all. God will reward you all even if you don't believe in him. He never turns his eyes away from good deeds.

I am moved to tears as I type this. This shows that despite all the bickering and fights, we are still one. God bless you Seun for this platform. Nairalanders are real fighters with great compassion.

Gboliwe, Chair cover, pickabeau, r231, jaybee, idowuogbo, e.t.c all the TEHN crew, thumbs up. Please PM me if there's need for any donations/assistance in future projects.

May God console his family at this time of need. Hammeed rest on brother! Rest on!

Thanks for your kind words

I feel like crying right now,
Why is this world such a fucke.d up place?,
All he wanted like us all was to live his life in peace,
Why did this sickness have to befall him?
Why did death still take him after all the fights he fought to stay alive?
I wish i was a superman with the power to stop death in his tracks, i wouldn't have let this happen,
But am just a mere mortal, who would join you someday over there DJ,
Rest in peace man

some times I wish I could question LIFE.
sometimes I wish death could be wise.

some times I wish I cud get things done in my own way.
some times I wish I cud control what others say

I wish I cud one on one see death.
ask him why he won't kill himself and stop taking our pets.
he just thwarted the very line we've set.

what a life.!!! I tot we had it figured out wen he made his last post.

I tot of coming here to joyfully disturb others with a gladden toast.
I Neva knew it was a farewell!! what a dare rose.

Life is so short buh death is Long

, very little was right d rest is Wrong.

Dey say time heals buh ave noticed no change.

Same old thing ' same old crappy
dayz.

I wish dis dream cud b ova i wanna b
awake.

death seems to be ruling like life is now away.

don't wanna make life happy with tears in my eyes.
don't wanna please life since it's sure I'll die

RIP DJdola!! RIP my dear blooder . Your memory lives.
