It is every parent’s worst nightmare! This
shocking video of a nanny beating, flinging
and generally physically abusing a small
child.
While the source of the video has not been
confirmed, online commenters have speculated
that the video was shot on a nanny cam by a
concerned parent in Uganda.
This is so harrowing.
In Nigeria, unlicensed nannies and “housegirls”
are a popular choice for parents. We hear so
many terrible stories about physical and
sexual abuse. This video is another reminder
of this. Be vigilant about who you appoint to
care for your child.
