rendering us tight to be honest, with ps editing it'll be better. I also feel you could do more like put curtains, make window reflect ( I know they increase render time) just small tweaks here and there
Re: Rate This 3D Architecture Visualisation. by hurricaneChris: 8:30am On Dec 19, 2014
Nice view!

Window hoods are way too big(In my opinion)

Terrace on each floor? I guess its a design for Banana Island! cheesy

Btw, can I get some of ur Max materials?

Very aesthetic but need improvement, if you re designing for someone, low pitched roof is not suitable for African climate

Why?

Fadelex:
aesthetically beautiful but poor design, why will you have sit-out on every floor? you will realize that d space is being wasted when you produce the working drawings.

Wasted space? Nigeria and crabs in a barrel mentality. Why must everything in this country be ramshackle.

Close to 200 million....to build it like this. For one, to eliminate the need for those grotesque metal grids called 'protectors' while maintaining ambience and security those windows will be fitted with armoured glass. I can easily see 40 million naira worth of that on this building alone.

Nice rendering...jes dar; the sit outs no get shed..should have done something like a shed †☺ protect the occupants from sunlight or any adverse weather condition...it aint suitable ƒσя Nigeria ooh. specially were sun D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ shine like hell... So, apart from this, d graphics is good..

Not for Banana Island alone. Architects should do more to inspire their clients. There's too many 'rass' buildings in this country. The profession is dying. Quackery everywhere. The good ones should come down from their high horses and skinflint clients should meet them in the middle.

Even though I don't understand d gibberish you put up there, why would you have a full floor just for 2 rooms when it's not a penthouse? that is where space is being wasted. the sit-out on the first floor is not necessary, pls engage me in intellectual argument not the one filled with insults. have a good day

OP, wonderful job!
Re: Rate This 3D Architecture Visualisation. by phartye(m): 9:40am On Dec 19, 2014
Its not that bad, but the "camera angle" isn't "too real", among others. Certain features (Modelling, Composition, Texturing/Materials, Cameras & Lighting setup, Rendering and Post-Production) when treated appropriately, contributes to the realism of the 3D image. I'm not a pro oo, but just a student, learning!.. & will give it a 52%.
On a final note if the image is just to give the client an idea of the project, fine. But if its for some form of contest or project-bidding, then some works still needs to be done.

I think the OP intention is for us to appreciate and constructively criticise the rendering output and not the building design. But Imo, lots of clients will appreciate this design (exterior). At OP good job but I can assure you as you grow in the profession you will not be this patient enough... grin
