For those asking for details, I used the sterling live chat to email them so I don't have the email address and I received the message on the 21st.

Am yet to get any mail from dem n I didn't take d test too cox of the network problem. Pls, any email to lay our complain?

So what's next now after the second test of sterling call its taking so long

seriously i don't rili understand sterling bank recruitment.
imagine NIS recruitment which started in February 2015, wrote test btw 20th to 25th of April 2015 with about 9,000 candidates and their result is out on 30th of April 2015 just one week after the test.
Moreso, the interview is schedule btw 5th to 7th of May, 2015.
Obviously, i don't think sterling bank rili nid the applicant s urgently because this recruitment is like 5months now and they are not close to completion.
This is 2weeks after the 2nd test for jst 120 candidates, Na wa ooooooo.

the 9000 is just from one state in the north.

about 46,000 candidates wrote the CBT nationwide

It depends on what you are asked to do and format you are to go about it. Some require you to attach both cover letter and Cv and some CV alone and type it as email.
