The political atmosphere in Rivers State is turbocharged. And looking at the top 2 contenders; Nyesom Wike (PDP) and Dakuku Peterside (APC)., one can simply tell who will carry the date, as predicted by Albert Einstein in 1896.
And from an unbiased assessment, Wike is a looser on arrival.

1. Wike is known as an election machinery dan as a leader, hence he would continue to be placed as one.

2. The emergence of another Ikwerre man to take over from Chibuike Amaechi, who is also from Ikwerre is almost impossible. As such, he will never get d needed support.

3. The Fact that Wike is a product of the 1st Lady's imposition has put him at great disadvantage.

4. There is an impending implosion is the PDP. Hence Wike is at risk of loosing important figures.

5. Wike is generally toutish in nature. His inglorious alignment wit ex-COMPOL Mbu to unleash mayhem in Rivers is still fresh in d minds of Rivers pple. Hence this is payback time.

6. Wike's opponent in the person of Peterside is seen as more urbane, disciplined and trusted right from his foray as a lawmaker.

7. Wike's capability to rig his way to Creek Haven have been crippled by the awakening of largely free and fair polls in Nigeria today.

8. Any other candidate would have edged out Peterside. But Wike's candidacy has further weakened the chances of PDP in Rivers state.

9. No right tinking Rivers Man will vote wike as governor given his tainted antecedents.

10. Finally, since there can be only one winner and one Governor, dat means when Peterside wins, Wike looses.

PDP can never risk Rivers State!!!

If PDP decided Wike is their guy then so be it

Ur post about dakuku is incorrect! dakuku has been in active politics long before Wike! dakuku as commissioner for works and Wike as chief of staff, dakuku signature is on every rivers land. Wike was busy collecting kickbacks from commissioners but dakuku told him point blank that he has been into active politics b4 him and he has no right to ask him of the state fund meant for state project. dakuku went further to launch operation Zero pot hole in rivers state. Wike has not bin in aa contestable position aside LGA chairman which he loss if not for court that he helped him. dakuku was a student leader from secondary to university. Won house of reps. As lga boss, he won the best chairman. What do we know Wike as? Obi/akpor chairman, MARCHING ground, u ll buy a plot of land for 4million and b4 u finish,his obi/akpor touts will force out 5million from u b4 u complete d building. Amaechi had to stop that a governor. U ll b in ur car onn PH road, Wike tout will come n open ur car with spanner while u r still inside, the beat u, take ur car n u v to use money to bail it plenty ooO. I dont understand how PDP did not give that ticket to Ajumugobia. He is not Ikwerre....he is a havard trained lawyer...ex minister and a perfect gentleman.

Wike will return Rivers State to a marching grant State where community boys are armed to unleash mayhem on potential investors. Corporate organisations and open market traders are very much aware of his antecedents and will make sure he never gets there. During his tenure as Obio/Akpo LGA chairman, the phrase Obio/Akpo became synonymous with wickedness across Igboland.

The only way i see APC winning Rivers State is only if APC Rivers chapter will tell voters to vote APC in gubernatorial elections and then GEJ for presidential.

Buhari we know not.
