The above list items looks good. A nice plan to set the dating game rolling. However, putting them into action for the sole purpose of hooking ups may not work out for the long term. Reason because no one can live a life that doesn't fit his/her personality for a very long time. It's more or less playing a game of "acting out" or "pretending" if you like.

Example: Let's say you decide to embark on exercise because you notice a particular guy who's always working out. And the two of you meet. Started talking and he looks interested.
