I don't know what is wrong with me lately. Am in my early 20s and am a virgin but all i think of recently is sex always. I have fought so hard to remain a virgin up to this age but am scared at the rate i think of sex lately. I will love to be married a virgin but am growing weak by the day.[right][/right]

its very easy. desist frm indecency pix or movies. delete dem frm ur device ASAP. and sensor d kind of music or films u watch, watch ur flirty communication habits, avoid bad friends, read motivational books rather than romantic stories, commit ur ways to God. mayb dat will help...
D problem is that most young persons feel they can control dia emotions n urges etc. but everyone has a level if grace to withstand such. so for u i think u cant wthstand indecent scenes to a great extent and so it means u shud totally avoid relationship thinggy and stuffs cis it will help u alot. #my advice though..

Who are your friends??
What do you spend your time doing??
Replaced what you are spending more time on with something else

What books do you read?
what Music do you listen to??
what videos do you watch??

Also understand that the urges can be natural or Hormonal.

But Get busy and occupy your mind with something new. You could go swimming, learning how to bake, design, weave etc,
