Southeast –  5.7 Million
Northeast - 5.4 Million
South-south – 6.2 Million

INEC is wise on you guys, Without PVC you cant vote in any election in Nigeria. the years of fraud is over. during this election Electronic verification of PVC will be done to check cloned PVC.

Since PVC distribution is still ongoing in most parts of the country, the Voters register is not yet out. The Voters register for 2015 will be made up of voters who have collected their PVC hence no chance for cheating.

If truly the figures are that of 2011, you would be shocked that the eligible voters would be lesser in 2015. Reasons are:

Many eligible voters did not collect their PVC when it was distributed and some of them didn't stress themselves of going to their local government to collect it after the time elapsed.

Those that collected their PVC, 30percent of them might not vote. They just need the PVC for other purposes.

Many whose names were missing in the PVC list did not re-register again: one due to time factor and secondly,they don't wanna go through the stress.

Those that eventually registered,there's every posiblity that there names would be missing again and they will not vote.

There is a difference between South East and South Easterners. South Easterners make up at least 2million of registered voters in Lagos.

Anyway,I don't think the figure is realisitic because of INEC's failure this time around.

There are more igbos in Lagos than any other state including SEtrn states. They will not include state of origin now. They use other population they shine. They 4get SE is equal to Oyo in Landmass but more dan 3 times its voting strenght.
