what is middle belt.. recognized regions in the world are north south east and west. in Nigeria middle belt was created to allay the fears of the minorities "WHO ARE IN THE NORTH'' fear of the hausa and ur buhari fulani dominating them. where in a sane society like U.S as u mentioned before such fear would never have existed because no region sees itself as superior.
