spirit of sportmanship from APC. APC are ten times wiser, party of men with sympathy and good will..

however its another avenue time for them(PDP) to use our money for their funeral.

God is watching them all. just 40days to go.

When PEJs foster mother died... Lord have mercy! Port Harcourt airport was a nightmare. I stayed in the air hovering for almost one hour because private jets chartered for the funeral were taking off and landing whilst commercial airlines were kept in a holding pattern for hours.

The city was in total chaos cos of that funeral.

Now that it is GEJ'S direct sibling, I expect same as Bay else has no airport. So it will be another case of multiple private jets and now plus helicopters that would shut down Port Harcourt airport.

On the plus side, Okrika where PEJs foster mother was buried received a face lift for that funeral. Bad roads were fixed, people were paid monies to paint their compounds, the village was cleaned up, okada men were paid not to ride on that day, free asoebi for all the villagers, etc. Now one other LGA/village is about to get some federal government attention as well. So technically, her funeral will benefit a set of ordinary Nigerians somewhere in Bay else or wherever she is buried.

RIP to the dead.

Without prejudice, APC is just trying to borrow a leaf from Jonathan's civility. This is the first time they would display such civility. Let's cast our minds back to the past and cite few inferences; when Desiani was appointed OPEC president, was there any congratulatory message from APC? When Nigeria won the nations cup in 2013, did APC felicitate with Nigerians? There wasn't a single time APC congratulated Nigerian Army anytime they had a success over Boko haram. Instead all they engaged in was campaign of calumny. On the other hand, GEJ at every occasion symphatised and felicitated with APC (as the occasion demanded). That's how politics should be played. Being on different political divides does not warrant perpetual enmity.

Well, I don't think there is anything like respect on this section of Nairaland. If you voice your support for Jonathan, non-Jonathan supporters will come and rain curses on you and your family. What do you call those kinds of people?

But there has been no quarrel o. We are just trying to put things straight in our nationhood. Politics of bitterness is not good anywhere in the world. That is why we need a CHANGE not for a particular tribe/ethnic nor religious faithful, but for the generality of nigerians.
