I would have posted pics showing tons of women who are mothers of one, two, three, four kids, who still have their sex appeal/flat tummy (I already posted one) - but I know you already know they exist, so I won't bother.
If these ones can do it, then quit the excuses - it's hard, but it can be done.

You don't need to visit a gym to live a healthy life na. I think that's where most people get it wrong. Even if you aim to build muscles, you don't necessarily need a gym.

There are hundreds of exercise that are as effective as "gym" exercises. Google. YouTube. Instagram. They're littered everywhere.

Plus, most people know the difference between healthy foods and junk. The problem is making the right choice.
