PDP is is not thinking very well. Taking the General to court will be one of their biggest undoing and will catapult Buhari into a Hero status because, one thing is for sure they will loose this case!

People love someone that is being persecuted unfairly especially by those in power, its human nature. He must learn from his own cause when the late Yaradua died and see how much support that brought him.

Jonathan could loose these elections and will not enjoy any sympathy when it come to any charges that might come against him in future.

Jonathan needs to learn that "when one is in hole, he must stop digging"
Look at this white skin. you had better face issues relating to your own country as we don't give a hoot about you. You don't even have pvc to vote. why worry yourself on something that is never gonna affect your standard of living in your hell hole of a country

PDP knows all these and that is why they would rather co-opt one nonentity to file the case in court on their behalf. They know what an embarrassment they would get going to court on the basis of what is available as per evidence and the position of the law.

Though I lean a bit to GEJ side I quite agree with the writeup as I actually took the time to checked the cited cases.

Buhari is quite qualified to contest. The principal letter, when he was about to enroll into the Army, is sufficient enough. Whether he sat and or passed WAEC is immaterial.

As someone used to say, the Nigerian constitution is full of loopholes that is to the benefits of the North.

But, the perjury? Let see...

They, the PDP, knew this.

That's why they are not going the qualification route but that Buhari lied under oath. And perjury is a criminal offense.
