Faraidi: In your words,Morocco is not powerful but your government still had to lie that they spoke with their King. Does that make sense to you? You would shut the trap of yours and stop gallivating all over the thread. Your type would do worse. Lie to curry favors. If you don't find anything wrong with this then it is normal to assume you also lie with impunity. 3 Likes |

owobokiri: When it concerns this present government's diplomatic relationship with other African countries, you don't just wish it away and absolve the govt of any complicity in cluelessness. Every gej's govt relationships with other african neighbours has nothing but been shady, cagey and retrogressive. South african money laundering incident should come to mind. 2 Likes |

Faraidi: It's not that hard to spot kids who lack home training, proper upbringing and those who grew up in the gutter. It is always reflective in the way they speak to other people's parents. You would do well to go back and meet them for proper training, but I doubt that would even work. They can't give(good morals) what they don't have. When did Morroco turn to APC? No wonder . You are a candidate of Yaba left. I should allow you roam. 6 Likes |

I thing some persons who support APC, are just trying to manipulate a non existent diplomatic issues. What if GEJ spoke with the King of Morocco. how will it affect the election. Even the media is unfortunately trying to bring dust from water. This is a non issues.. unless to the APC. Let's say if there is a major continental issue today, won't the King of Morocco call other presidents even if they are all holding elections at that moment? I just hope the Morocco King is not doing this with any religious reasons. |

You guys should relax! The Nigerian community in morocco organized the phone call. The government had to cough out $2,000 for each minute of phone call paid to the Nigerian community over there. It was a 19minutes phone call. The problem is that GEJ couldn't differentiate the king's voice from the Nigerian street hustler at the other end of the phone. An innocent mistake if you'd ask me. 2 Likes |

[quote author=Mynd44 post=31534248]Morocco has recalled its ambassador from Nigeria, accusing the authorities there of using King Mohammed VI in an election campaign. Its foreign ministry issued a statement, denying the king had spoken by phone to Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan, as had been stated by Nigeria. The North Africa kingdom denounced such "unethical practices", it said. Nigeria has denied that the king was being used to win over Muslim voters. Mr Jonathan, a Christian from southern Nigeria, is facing a strong challenge in the 28 March elections from opposition candidate Muhammadu Buhari, who is popular in Nigeria's mainly Muslim north. 'Astonishment' The Nigerian ministry of foreign affairs released a statement on Sunday, denying reports that President Jonathan had been snubbed by King Mohammed because he was trying to curry favour with Muslim voters. "This information is absolutely not correct as the president did in fact speak to the Moroccan monarch... both leaders spoke extensively over the phone on matters of mutual interest and concern," it said. However, Morocco's foreign ministry responded by saying it wanted to state in the "clearest and strongest terms" that "there has never been a phone conversation" between the two men. "The king has actually declined the request of the Nigerian government because it is part of the internal electioneering," Morocco's official news agency Map quoted the statement as saying. "The kingdom of Morocco expresses its astonishment and denunciation to these unethical practices that are contrary to the spirit of responsibility that must prevail in relations between states." As a consequence Morocco's Abuja ambassador was being recalled immediately for consultations, it said.
