I entered in a taxi while coming back from the store. In the front seat sat an old dirty mechanic with a vehicle shock absorber and the only person in the back seat was a young pretty lady that had head phones on with bags and packages that looked like she was coming from a boutique. All of a sudden, it began to rain and the drive told us to "whyne up" the windows. Before you know, we are in traffic jam and he decided to put on the "AC" saying to the mechanic, "you know why this AC they blow like this?" Hot dusty air filled the car and the girl started gasping for breath searching her hand bag and brought out an asthma inhaler and started pressing in her mouth until it finished. She started dragging my shirt and I remembered my boyscout days of first-aid. I quickly climbed on top pressed her nose, opened her mouth and began oral resuscitation while pressing on her chest as I was taught.. I haven't even gone up 10 seconds doing it when she began to breath well and before I know what was happening she punched me below the belt and I fainted. Thankfully the driver and mechanic carried me to clinic where I was given drip. That was the thank you I received for saving a life. Nigerians are ungrateful and wicked!!! She didn't even follow to carry me to clinic. What is this country turning into?  3 Likes |
