I like the analysis. but the truth is that, GMB cannot be disqualified. to be sincere, even if he is guilty for whatever he's being accused of, he can't be disqualified. even in law, certain things super cede justice. certain situation invalidate the law. issues such as a country's peace and stability.

APC does not have any evidence, GMB is not qualified to rule nigeria.. If the peace and stability of Nigeria is threatened because we are trying to uphold our constitution then so be it. At least we know that it was in defence of our constitution so bring it on!

Decamp to PDP? you must be kidding me. I'm not a card carrying member of any party. all I want is a change from the status quo. a shift in paradigm and an end to cluelessness. it can be any other party or person but nnotpdp or gej.

The "word" change is now a very popular word in the
mouth of many people, and sincerely speaking, I love
change. But my question is, does the APC as a party
really understand the true meaning of the "word"
change? Americans preached change and presented
Obama (as the first black to ever rule America). What
has the APC brought to us? Fashola, Adams, Rochas,
Ameachi would have made more meaning to us, not
Buhari.
GEJ is certainly not the best as we all know that there
is no perfect human being on earth, but Buhari is not
an option, because he does not have the capacity to
change anything. The world we live can only be made
better with "brain" and "Biro" not with bullet and gun
which is what Buhari presents. Buhari is not just
uneducated, but he also does not have interest in
education. I say this with dew respect to him and his
age. Buhari left office over thirty years ago, yet in his
spare time, he never did anything to improve himself
educationally. Even OBJ after ruling for eight years
still went and improved himself. Nigerian Youths, pls
THINK!!! I say whatever I say without sentiment nor
biased mind, but through proper analysis of the
truth. Putting an old wine in a new bottle does not
make it a new wine... Nigerians please THINK!!!
Buhari is not the "change" we need, he's just hungry
for power. Talking about corruption, I have my doubts
about his sincerity too. Buhari is being sponsored by
one of the "most" corrupt leaders in Nigeria history;
Bola Ahmed Tinubu. How is he going to fight
corruption if he's been backed by such people. (I
know that many people are going react to this post,
and I'm waiting). Buhari in his first bid to elected as
ptesident in 2003, criticized OBJ as a corrupt leader,
and the same Buhari still claiming to be a "corruption
fighter" was bold enough to tell the world on CNN
that that same OBJ has endorsed him. Where is his
integrity?
I'll pause here, but let me add this: education does
not have a substitute, and I doubt if a man that is not
interested in self-education can provide for
another!!!

I sorry for you rowboat. I'm not the judge and neither are you. we are both spectators that have little or no influence on the way things are run in the country. I only express my views on those issues. won't be the first time the law is skskewed due to other considerations.

This is what I've been trying to explain to people but they don't seem to get it. May God not let us go down this path.
Flets:
If by the slimmest chance Buhari survives tomorrow and wins this election, extremely hard times lies ahead for this country.

Definitely, the creeks will go haywire again, Buhari will send the troops to the creeks and together they will set the oil facilities ablaze.

While these persists, the oil producing companies will simply withdraw their personnel from the volatile region and all foreign investment will seize in all sectors. And even if the troops kill 90% of the militants, it will take just one militant, a dynamite and just one location along the multi- kilometre trunklines to continue to wreck havoc.

Fast forward to 2019, if we remain one country and without a civil war,, we will be an economic wreck with no allocations and salaries, no capital projects, no hope with dollar exchanging for 400 naira and we are worse off than we were in 2015.

Cos the truth is that without crude proceeds for now, Nigeria is finished.

And then, we'll be screaming another 'Change' because we would have learnt a bitter lesson in the hands of the Fulanis, Tinubu and Saraki. And then we will ask.... Why were we this silly?

And before you quote me, make sure you outline in clear terms how you or Buhari will avert this obvious calamity staring us in the face

Only last week, they creek boys seem to have resumed activities by kidnapping at Yoho facility operated by Exxonmobil and have shut in 80KBD already. Are we ready for this for the next 4 years?

The entire world stands to benefit from a crisis in the Niger delta. Its not a coincidence that USA who abandoned us at the height of bokoharam is busy shouting for change in govt . Crises in the ND will reduce supply of crude to the Oil market and that would drive up the price of crude for producing countries.... But at Nigeria's expense.

Nigerians.... Be Warned!!!

Buhari name is going to be on the ballot box. No court is going to disqualified Buhari. Besides the court is not ruling on the case tomorrow since the hearing has not even started
am so sure u v never been part of Nigeria‘s electoral process before. I am sure u v never gone close to any polling unit before & that convinces me to say that u r not a registered voter. Which means u dont have a voter card (TVC or PVC).

In Nigeria we dont write candidates name in ballot paper it is only the party logo u will see. How come u r talking about Buhari‘s name in BALLOT BOX? Na wa for APCheats (NL) politicians.

it seems like you don't know how the Nigerian courts work. How can a court rule on case when it has not even have any hearing on the case? The court is going to rule on the case after the election and Buhari is going to be the APC candidate for the election. God is not a politician so keep God out of politics. The best candidate is going to win and GMB is the people's choice. Nigerians are tired of 16 yrs of failed pdp rule. Didn't you see the massive turn out for our next president in Owerri yesterday? Even if the whole of SE/SS vote 100% for GEJ, it will be countered by votes from NW alone. GEJ is a toast already.

lolzzz. U r funny dear friend. Between 2day & saturday we have 3 days. What made you think that the court wont use these 4 days (today, wed, thurs & fri) to hear and rule on this case; considering the urgency of the case?

Take it or leave it, this case will be decided on friday and if GMB/APC‘s counsels fail to make good represantation of their clients, GMB will be disqualifed t the time they cant even approach the apeal court to appeal the judgement.

I doubt you know how the judiciary work in Nigeria. This case is going to be decided after the elections because court cases are not rush like that in Nigeria.
Anyway, Why are you so scared of Buhari being in ballot paper since you so much believe in GEJ winning the election. It seems pdp only hope of winning the election is by getting buhari disqualified because they know Nigerians will not vote them in or allow rigging this time around.

I live in the south and I am telling you that GEJ will be lucky if he gets above 60% in states SS like Rivers and Edo.
