Out of 37 States (including the fct), 25% or 1/4 is 8-9 states. If the fct is not included, then 8 States.
So my own take in the matter is that even if their Buhari has simple majority votes, he won't have up to 25% in Akwa Ibom, Abia, Beyelsa, Delta, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Cross River and any other state, either imo, ZAMFARA or any other one.
9states of less than 25% means a rerun.
I expected you to say, even with apc's rigging.

who tell you 25% will determine results... In a situation like this where election is duelling Contested...it we be counted Together and final Result we be release.

If one of 3 senatorial districts in Akwa Ibom can post 440,000 votes, then AkwaIbom will post 1m to 1.2m votes as a whole in the Presidential election.

Compare with Ogun State with similar population only posting 515,000 votes altogether.

The point is that like Rivers state, Akpabio did not allow free and fair election. Results sheets were not available at the polling units, just like Rivers state. If they were so confident, like Ekiti, they should have allowed the election to take its natural course. Their fear is that APC, though may not win, will poll in a lot of votes that will reduce GEJ tally of total votes.

They only win when there are no RESULT SHEETS AT POLLING UNITS.
