Made egusi with brocoli

2 spoons of palm oil with tomatoes to add in color.

Taste like egusi. No difference for my mouth.
But for sure more healthy

I don't really eat eba or pondo. If I post the pics, you go just hiss

It's like a ball in my palm. I eat lots of soup and meat and rarely eat the swallow.

Anyway, I use either plantain flour or potato puree
