The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the results of the governorship election conducted in Ogun state with Governor Ibikunle Amosun winning in four Local Governments out of the five released. Amosun’s main challenger, Prince Gboyega Isiaka of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) won one. The Local Governments where the results are announced by INEC are Ewekoro (APC10735, PDP3275), Remo North (APC 7365, PDP6567), Ijebu – Ode (10570, PDP11381) and Odeda (APC10637, PDP3633) and Abeokuta North (APC 22740, PDP 6371.)
