He is yet to start and take the reins of power. Let him have some periods on the throne first to exercise his power before casting doubts. After all, someone was there for six years and never had a clue as to how to stir the nation.

I will understand if Buhari wish to start buying arm from them again (if they will sell). But to bring their military personnels here is unacceptable. Ask Afghanistan, iraq etc.
