Have you guys noticed how the north is silently but surely transforming their states? Look at Kano, kwankwaso achieved alot and handed over to his mentee Ganduje who will surely continue the transformation. Kaduna elected El rufai, who transformed abuja and will surely transform kaduna into a global city to be reckoned with. Jigawa is achieving alot and surely has a bright future. Even in adamawa i noticed inner city roads been built, and street and traffic lights put up everywhere. Lets not even talk about gombe cuz dankwambo is truly an achiever. Look at Katsina, ring roads everywhere plus modern infrastructure, not to talk of the new president is from that state. Plateau state has gained peace again, so expect massive developments there too. Even the war ravaged borno, you can't believe the kind of infrastructure projects happening there. Its left to be seen what tambuwal will achieve in sokoto.
Even industry is taking root in the north again. If you see the massive tomato paste factory owned by dangote in kano, pegeot plant in kaduna plus the various automotive component manufacturing in the kaduna-kano axis, the new dangote sugar plants in taraba, kebbi and sokoto. gesse/rico feed mill in adamawa plus the massive savannah sugar plant e.t.c e.t.c and am sure buhari will revitalize even more industries. watch out people, in five to ten years to come, the north will most probably have a couple of global cities in every sense of the word.

He is the right choice for Kaduna State. The states, especially those in the north need Governors that will invest a lot in developing the states, e.g., needed infrastructure (not govt house, govt lodge, secretariat), human capital, etc.

I still cant understand why Governors take loans of billions of $ to build new govt house and/or lodge, or presidential guesthouse knowing fully well that the structure will not be able to recover the cost of construction... Build something that will generate enough to pay back the loan and also serve as IGR for the state in eternity...
