Actually, before a marriage is dissolved in a law court, it is compulsory for them to attend "mediation".

In this woman's case, the family might have been able to ask the man his "reason" for abandoning his "phucking duties"!
From what we read here, the woman seems to be infected with probably STD or some other Urogenotal infection which is what probably is causing the malfeasance odour.

"Family members with "wisdom" might have advised him to take his wife and himself to see a medical Doctor so they can treat both of them together .....and that would have ended their trauma.

Now, she went to "native Babalawo"!
