The APC victory came from the North (East and West) and the South west. That is why they are given the principal roles.
. To add to what you have said, Senate president isn't NC birth right, they have it for 8 years straight. Apc had to be fair with the NE, state like Borno and Yobe have opposed pdp since 1999 and North east hasn't gotten any good position since the beginning of our democracy. Its only fair they reap the fruit of their labour, after struggling for so long.
