I didn't do the first test but I did only the second and got 66 percent. I implore Airtel to use the interviews to screen out the rest candidates.

Why not!!! Saturday, sunday all join in this week... If almighty Airtel could decide to fix aptitude test on a public holiday, at a tym wen most cyber cafe's come to open at their discretion, they can do and undo... Sebi na we dey find work!!! pensive!!!

Maybe they cancelled the whole thing and are looking for ways to contact us about a more standard test,hence, the delay. It took them only 2 days to screen out people that didn't make section A and surely they would have prepared in advance for the career session-for them to say it will be this week in the first place, so that can't be the delay. The only explanation is they want to get a guaranteed way of conducting a credible test before contacting us.

Guys please read between the lines. Is it not obvious to you that the test has been cancelled? I would advise you start preparing for a standard test in advance. The loop holes in the test must have filtered into the knowing of airtel hr department. Airtel is too big a firm to be outwitted easily. In my candid opinion, I would say the career session will remain nonexistent for a long time. The personnel in the hr department must have realized that they had gone too cheap about the recruitment by consulting www.proprofs.com to conduct the aptitude test. ADVICE: PREPARE FOR A STANDARD TEST!
