Just because humans have been engaged in
a certain practice from antiquity does not

a sign of his covenant, going back to
Abraham, long before the nation of Israel
was even formed, is proof that God claims
ownership of a male’s most private place.
When God organized the 12 tribes into a
nation under Moses there were many
aspects of the law that he gave them that
dealt with sexuality. Besides the obvious
“you must not commit adultery,”
At Mathew 5:27-30 it says "everyone who
keeps looking at a woman/man so as to
have a passion for him/her has already
committed adultery with him/her in his/her
heart".
This bible portion was used as evidence for
masturbation’s being a sin. Jesus speaks
against having lustful thoughts and then
says, “If your right hand causes you to sin,
cut it off and throw it away.”
Masturbation is nearly always the result of
lustful thoughts, sexual stimulation, and/or
pornographic images
When you watch pornography you get
"tuned on" which will result in
masturbating. As your masturbating, your
committing adultery with the woman on the
screen thereby going against that bible
verse.
Another portion of the bible that proved
masturbation a sin is Colossians 3:5-7: it
says “Deaden, therefore, your body
members that are upon the earth as
respects fornication, uncleanness, sexual
appetite, hurtful desire, and covetousness,
which is idolatry. On account of those things
the wrath of God is coming. In those very
things
you, too, once walked when you used to live
in them.”
The apostle here recognized that
fornication, uncleanness, sexual appetite,
etc., were common practices, even pointing
out that Christians used to LIVE IN THEM. But,
if we are to follow the apostle’s
exhortation would not that include the
practice of masturbation? Do we really need
to have it spelled out for us?
Is it not
obvious that our sexual organs, both male
and female, are included as our “body
members”?
Masturbation does not deaden our body
members, does it? No,
just the opposite. MASTURBATION EXCITES
ONE.
Therefore, can we honestly say that Paul did
not have in mind the age-
old practice of masturbation when he
counseled Christians to deaden our bodies
to uncleanness and sexual appetite?
There are some biblical principles that can
be applied to the issue of masturbation.
In Ephesians 5:3 it says,
“Among you there must not be even a hint
of sexual immorality, or of any
kind of impurity.”
It is hard to see how
masturbating can pass that particular test.
The Bible teaches us, “So whether
you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all
for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians
10:31). If you cannot give God glory for
something, you should not do it.
If the sins of lust,
immoral thoughts, and pornography are
forsaken and overcome, masturbation will
become a non-issue.
Many people struggle with guilty feelings
concerning masturbation, when in reality,
the things that led to
the act are far more worthy of
repentance.

Spiritually masturbation brings darkness, it is vanity, it is a wasting spirit, it can waste your time and potentials. It is a sin we have to consciously Fite till we get it out completely.

Anything can tempt us into masturbation like girls on mini and tight skirt, Sex scenes in movies, pervert and clubbish music videos, naked pics, over browsing, till we see unclothedness, pornographic videos etc...

We have to resist it with all we've got and make up our mind to stop, because God is not happy with masturbators and masturbation, because it's a sin.
