I have always opined that the parliament and Judiciary is the biggest cog to our wheel of development.

The question is what have they been doing all these while and how many people are left in the chambers.

These arms of the government are shrouded in corruption and will never make or interprete good laws to get us on the path of development.

The judiciary is the last hope of the common man BUT the first hope of the corrupt rich.

The national assembly may be divided along party lines now but watch how they go under one umbrella when its time to share money.

Why cant they do same for PIB?

There was absolutely no transparency in this entire process. The checks and balances were completely skipped. No matter how benevolent the alleged bill is even if you are passing a "save a person being robbed in front of you bill" you still have to sit and look and the pros and cons. Heaven only knows what those bills contain. The whole thing sounds like how the Senate in the US pass unpopular bills i.e "Patriot Act" or "Obama care", bring a 5000 page bill and give the Senate 3 days to go through it before hurriedly passing it. I hope the incoming senate do something about it...
