I can't really say I believe this probe will see the light of the day. There are just too many entrenched interests. Though PMB said he belongs to nobody, there're still some people he won't dare touch. Imagine OBJ, Abdusalam Abubakar and Atiku all going to jail. Realistically, the best we can expeect is a plea bargain and house arrest is the farthest things will go

Most likely my brother.... But still if the news is true, it's a welcome development...

Honestly, this administration will be full of so many dramas grin.

Let's sit back and watch as things unfold smiley.

If PMB must get things right, he need to step on toes. All the people involved in this scandals are his present ally, even though the reporter refused to mention names, we all know them... Atiku, Obj, Abdulsalam and co.

Thank God Buhari said he belongs to everybody and to nobody.

Let's see how he will handle this issue.

May God help Mr President

Key word on alleged but if Buhari is president while that is done, it is a tad bit redundant as he might fiddle with the investigation.

I wonder why a certain president did not do it....
Oh I remember, our unofficially official policy then was to condone corruption and some enemies of the state wanted him to return as president

The administration of this certain president mentioned that he had no enemy to fight!

Also, how could this certain president be expected to fight corruption when the whole enemies of democracy demonized him, labelled his administration as the most corrupt on the face of the earth, even when TI rating in his time was improved upon?

Now we have a President elected on "I will pight kwroption, if we don't kill kwroption? Kwroption will kill Nigeria"

Let them all go to jail, including the over-rich past governors.

I am aligned on this decision.

If all corrupted element are brought to justice without selection, Nigeria will be great again.

The alleged corruption with PTF under GMB must also be re-open!

Finito!

And the person who commissioned that investigation came out to say the allegations are bogus, unfounded and pure fabrication.

Instead of throwing baseless threats at the President, y not encourage him to actually go after those who actually stole?

A good move , baba one chance

But not our priority

Our priorities are: insecurity in the northeast, employment for youth, at least 12 uninterrupted power supply and abundance of fuel if there won't be a reduction.

Yes ohh! More than more prisons selfcheesy

It's about to get messy. Corruption is like cobwebs.

If indeed this report is true, by the time the investigation ends, many heads will roll.

Hope baba knows that many of his friends were part of this scam. If he must start it, he must finish it o

It's a good thing this is happening. But, bruhs, plea bargain would be the order of the day. Just mention me when that happens.smiley

Sometimes I just hate how journalists in this country report news. "A former number two citizen", "two former presidents", bla bla bla. What arrant nonsense. If it were some guy that stole a pack of maggi cubes, they would spell his name and those of his grand parents, maybe include the names of his ancestors, and then put a bold pic of his face on the article you'd think the face is literally joting out of the page! angry

No one must be seen to be above the law. Let all those involved have their day in court and if found guilty, sentenced with hard labour and community service.

When you jail a former president or vice, I don't think a minister or perm sec's child would have the balls to drive around in Lanbos, Ferraris or Panameras.

May God protect Baba for us. Very perilous times lie ahead.

Just as Don Coleone said, a good Pope (President) often has many powerful enemies.

I just don't understand our journalists. A common man stole handset, all his generation were named and mentioned in the news while they get scared of naming authority thieves that steal billions of naira year in year out. What da heck is the problem with journalism in Nigeria If it's Atiku...name and mention him. Simple.sad

His first job would have been Identification of every Nig knowing very well our security setuation today etc.

If he can't start his corruption fight with GEJ then he is a bugaboo.
