(PDP) said it has adopted Senator
Bukola Saraki for the position of
Senate President in the National
Assembly leadership election to be
held today.
In the same vein, the PDP said it
has adopted Hon. Yakubu Dogara
for the position of the Speaker of
the House of Representatives.
In a statement by National
Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh,
the party urged its senators and
members-elect in the House of
Representatives to support its
candidates.
It said,” The party therefore urges
its senators and members-elect in
the National Assembly to act
accordingly.”

APC is losing this game because of miscalculation and manipulation. One would have expected them to show PDP how NOT to do things.

.This endorsement does not add up,because PDP as a party cannot boast of having a 100% control over its members in the national assembly. what i predict will happen today is PDP members voting according to their preference.

People above me don't understand politics. PDP only adopted him because APC has a majority of about 64 in the house; PDP 44; LABOUR 1. Consequently, bringing out a PDP person would be an exercise in futility.

Femi will still win. And as for Saraki, they might not vote him for dumping PDP.

Let's see how d outcome will be or na rumour

He better reject it before its too late, cos he can't win it even with the support of PDP, accepting that offer just shows he has nothing to offer Nigeria, and APC should just. Inform him he's now a PDP member if he takes the offer.

Seriously, the best thing for Nigeria is an overhaul of the old politicians. We need new and proven leaders in their respective fields with no affiliation to the elites.

PDP and their funny ways. They just made sure they go against the decisions of the APC leadership without even considering the caliber or integrity of the people involved. Hehe. I need to join me politics.

APC has finally played into the hands of these hawks called PDP. I am waiting to see how this will play out.

My only fear is that if PDP determines who wins, then Buhari will be in for a tough time if he's uninterested in reforms.

PDP is ultra-conservative and largely anti-reforms and would want to perpetuate the status quo.

PDP why? This man betrayed you and still has the guts to solicit for your support and you gave him. Saraki you are the epitome of desperation. You claimed you are for Nigeria yet you all cannot sacrifice your personal ambition for Nigerians. All this guys are the same, Nigerians voted for PMB but forgot he has to work with this guys. The assistance he should be asking for at the G7 summit is how to prosecute the likes of Tinubu, Saraki etc without causing a row amongst their supporters, he should ask them for extradition for all the criminals in his government who may have committed offences in this countries otherwise the last elections was just a mere routine.
