Surprisingly, even states that have been boastful of high IGR and agricultural prowess are all caught in the web of inability to pay their workers simply because the crude oil prices at international markets prices have crashed.

I also feel the oil producing regions - south south, southwest and southeast should be accorded more recognition in terms of allocation of projects.
