Ebonyi is the least populated state in the south east region and the state that collects the least Federation Allocation from the Federal Government. Its predominantly made up of Civil Servants, little business men/women and farmers. Chief Martin Elechi was the ex Governor who ruled the state with an iron fist and meted untold hardship on the people.
