I see Kaduna State rising above Nigeria. Kaduna is d luckiest state so far in Nigeria in terms of good governance.

This is a promise kept. Let other states emulate him for real change.

Total federal allocations to local government councils in Kaduna. Kano, Katsina is jumbo. In these states, Abacha created local government as if they were village councils.

Conduct LG elections and it becomes full autonomy. You don't place your stooges there in the name of sole administrators.

Sole Administrators for local government and but he is declaring the councils autonomous - fake. First conduct election for the people to elect their council leaders, then declare the councils autonomous - free from state government intervention.

If indeed there is autonomy, why should the governor APPOINT sole administrators

Is that how the president appoints state governors when we are NOT in a military DICTATORSHIP?


Let him organise free & fair LG elections then we can accept the autonomy proclamation as real. Not like the charade Tinubu/Fashola organised in Lagos state.
