Isn't it clear the service chiefs are not responsible for the upkeep of Buhari certificates? Where is such thing practice in the world? Only in Nigeria a certificate is lodged with a military office for upkeep!

This is pure nonesence and. an attempt to cover-up or looking for scapegoat. The truth is that Buhari does not possess the WAEC cert. What is in his military records is that letter from his former schl principal requesting the army to allow Buhari take part in the interview at the point if entry assuring the army that he was sure that Buhari will pass waec when he eventually sit for it later. He was allowed, and truly he passed the interview. As time went on Buhari did not see any reason to sit for the WAEC again because he enjoyed rapid promotion apparently due to favouritism and nepotism. Now the time of reckoning came for him to produce the certificate, he cannot because it is not available. The fake cert from his former schl had been found to be fraudulently procured hence integrity is damaged already. Trying to rob it on past chiefs is act of wickedness and show of vendetta. Buhari should be reasonable.
