This tore a whole in the heart of many and because of this they feel that keeping up some of the most terrible traditions or culture would give them some kinda self worth or hope that their identity has not been lost. This is passed on from generation to generation, making it difficult to realize that what was lost in childhood can't be gained back. This is where the ignorance comes to play,holding on to wierd tradition,sterotypes and norms.

I don't blame them too,like they say na situation way make crayfish bend I m not blaming the white completly but whether we like it or not they had a role to play in all this.
