VP for African region to the world bank is like a supervising manager to a particular division in a company while the VP of the world bank is like a deputy manager second to the head manager in charge of all divisions.

Actually he did not say much. The World Bank VP is not the deputy manager, the VP/treasurer may actually still report to the Managing director and CFO, because the CFO usually is the lead in finance matters. She was a vice President of World Bank as there are different vice presidents presiding over similar regions in the same way that Bode George was the deputy chairman of PDP, SW.

Truth be told, oby was silly to have referred them to google.....
Women and unnecessary beef, NOI almost became the president and heaven did not fall and here are people arguing about who was the first vp between the two, what difference will that make.......
Besides CNBC is clearly exhibiting their ignorance, they seem to think arunma-oteh is the only world bank VP
