Inasmuch as we totally condemn BH we need to start to check if girls like this are not VICTIMS as well.

Those IED canisters keep popping out. Special attention should be taking to find out how and why those canisters are commonly used for sucide bombings.

I want to believe Cameroon could detect this because of their new policy on hijab wearing. Chad did same, I think Niger too, (not too sure of Niger though). These are predominantly Muslim countries.
