I could never defend such because I personally find it very repulsive. Why would a leader have his face all over billboards in his state even when we aren't about to have elections?.... That is one backward act in the typical African politics I would never be able to understand.

Why always attack Okorocha? There is a phone number on that billboard. Has anybody bothered calling?
