Ijebu people's food made from water yam. It's like the poor man's version of Yam Porrage. . . only NASTIER. 

Honest to God  the first time I saw it, I thought it was something a dog threw up.

I like the other water yam dish. . . Ojojojo, now that is yummy.

I don't have a worst food, apart from. . . Rice, meat, eba, amala, lafu, okra, egusi, I mean.

Ikokore is nice when done well. Its not mean to be toothpaste like texture more like thick mash potato.

I hate any stew with snails inside disgusting I hate the snail flavour.

Im not a fan of palm oil either really. Save a few exceptions I prefer all my stews to be vegetable or sunflower oil based.

Haba, please take it easy with your hatred of ikokore now!! It is a nice ijebu dish and I really enjoy it. Its been a long time I tasted it though. My worst Nigerian soup is Okro Soup. I hate it with a passion. It is just tasteless. I also don't like cocoyams. Then there is this yoruba meal made from corn called egbo or some name I can't remember now. It is my worst Nigerian dish. The owner of the private hostel I lived in back in my days in high school in Naija used to serve us egbo as a meal. I pray God will forgive her. Cheers.

i can eat anything edible but any hausa traditional delicacy is shit to me, u guys have to try them out!!!

palm oil in moderation is ok. too much of everything is bad even veggie oil.

ikokore is . groundnut soup is though some pple don't know how to cook it the best way (best specie of groundnut to use, and the type of meat or fish to use, then you get bad gnut soup).
