Sincere9gerian: This was culled from d punch report above: "In his reaction, the National President, Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, Mr. Chinedu Okoronkwo, said the refineries were working but they had constraints in terms of supplying products to marketers. He said, “For now, marketers go to where they think they can get the products easily without problems. The refineries are working, no doubt, but we know that the pipelines are not functioning properly because of vandalism. We are working with the Federal Government to see how we can connect, especially Aba and Enugu up to Makurdi." Didnt u come across it when u went through d story? 1 Like |

OGOg:the question is ; what is the Selling price of pms from our refineries? If subsidy is paid on imported products, is it being Paid locally too?these people are just deceiving themselves. Since we became self sufficient in cement production, it has never been cheaper. What then is the hype? |

Sincere9gerian: Bet the previous government said they commissioned new power plant and also rehabilitated the refineries naaaaaa .... so it ought to be functioning in top speed by now ... You now want the new government to perform magic with existing messed up structures ... how can it work |

dridowu: How long was the TAM project? Doesn't it takes a MINIMUM of 18 months, hence our reliance on imports? And why won't marketers hold us hostage during those months when people like you and the then opposition shot down GEJ'S decision to fully halt the fuel subsidy? Remember the #OccupyNaija movement? Or have you also conveniently "forgotten" like the rest? 1 Like 1 Share |

Beremx:Can you just shut up please. Who told you fuel has never been the same price as compared to what it is being sold in other places? Must everything be about politics? For your information, fuel was selling for #97 throughout last year and early this year in Enugu and Anambra, before the reduction to #87. Now it is #110 or #105 depending on where you go. So please stop misleading some people just because you want to score cheap political point. The person you are attacking made a very good point 6 Likes 1 Share |

ba7man:Stop deceiving people. Where did you buy the fuel? Even the NNPC Mega Stations that are supposed to pilot the N87 sales aren't selling any fuel. I have one a few poles away from my house, so I know what I'm saying. If you doubt me, I'll take pictures and upload |
