PehaKaso: General of course, but that is of less importance in this case. You can ask, any one in the Army, they'll confirm same (Buhari was/is his senior). I guess Abdusalam refers to him still as 'oga'. Never mind Abdusalam had to skip the Lt. Gen rank ( over Useni), so he can be made Head of state. |
