we are trying to look at the Possibility of a Second option in terms of Slight Change in the Stone Variation on the House. Hence a new view has been designed. Any comment on which is more appealing will be appreciated. 1 Like

skimanski: It will be better if you put the two on the same post. It is easier to compare that way. 1 Like |

Re: 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX (A New Dimension To Nigerian Architecture) by skimanski(m): 2:32pm On Sep 11, 2015 |
morgist: Yes a roof balcony has been added to it ( like a roof sit out ) |
Re: 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX (A New Dimension To Nigerian Architecture) by NL1960: 5:49pm On Sep 11, 2015 |
skimanski: If a roof balcony has been added, then this second design is it for me then but is it possible to transfer this roof balcony to the first design as it is without changing the way the roof design is. I prefer the way the roof of the first is designed to the way the roof of the second is design. |

skimanski: Are you filling with sharp sand. ? |
Re: 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX (A New Dimension To Nigerian Architecture) by skimanski(m): 6:52am On Sep 15, 2015 |
400billionman: No!! White Filling Sand. Which is sharper than the Normal Red, hence it allows for faster and better settling. |

how much do you get a trip of the white filling sand? |
Re: 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX (A New Dimension To Nigerian Architecture) by skimanski(m): 6:15am On Sep 16, 2015 |
babalose: a 15ton trip of White filling sand, Something of that size of sand that you see behind that guy is N37k. (Note that sand you is sharp ooo. Just needed to use it as an example since I dint see a full picture of the filling). However, the main factor that determines the price is the distance from the market to the site. |
Re: 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX (A New Dimension To Nigerian Architecture) by babalose: 6:40am On Sep 16, 2015 |
@skimanski..thanks for your prompt response. which is better to use in filling...red or white? whats the functional difference? What is the cost of red filling sand? |
Re: 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX (A New Dimension To Nigerian Architecture) by skimanski(m): 12:05pm On Sep 16, 2015 |
babalose: The prices still depend on your location. As for functional differences For filling of water logged land: White preferably For filling of slightly dry land to enable vehicle movement: red preferably For filling of foundation: white preferably For filling before interlocking: white preferably Now you can choose to use any you want in the case of close proximity to the site in question. |

skimanski: oga skimanski weldone good job but I always wonder .whats the main reason why u tie ur reinforcement at the top of the pillars. |
Re: 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX (A New Dimension To Nigerian Architecture) by skimanski(m): 7:09am On Sep 21, 2015 |
joshua112: Nothing really. Just to avoid the Iron Bars dancing around the place, hence holding the reinforcement in one place. you can choose to leave yours if you wish. |
