They all Vary with The terrain you have. But a good Terrain Like this with Normal Raft Foundation Exercise for 140m2 Cost N3.4m Consultation/Supervision Included.

This is 225mm x 1200mm Reinforced Concrete Beam. With 200mm Thick Reinforced Concrete Slab on Well compacted and Damp Proofed Filling sand.

There is a Thick Nylon Material at the MArket for DPC.

You can use Nylon Covering to protect your wood if you wish, but Plastering the Parts with Nylon cast finish, must be done professionally because surface will be smooth and will need rough face to hold cement mortar.
