This will be Starting from "LEKKI COUNTY HOMES". Built by Mega Monds Construction Limited. Mr Skimanski Sir, the staircase if possible should be reconstructed. No structural supports for the half landing and flights just block walls. Something is wrong with the height of this building. 1 Like |

P291: It Doesn't Require a Structural Support for the Non-Landing as its reinforced connection between the German Floor DPC and First Floor Slab can carry the Flight of stairs. What I agree with you on is the Height of the Building. It is terrible. I wander why they didn't just add one Coach of Brick Works. It means we will have to work hard to ensure that our finishing is top notch so as to cover-up the issue of height in this Building. For all the Flaws of Lekki Gardens Estate, I still commend them for not building Short Houses. |
