Well, love is love; and obsession is limerence. So, in other words, love is when you go crazy and then blame your plight on a supposedly innocent four-letter word; and obsession is when the purportedly innocent four-letter word chooses to show it's true colour. Be careful.

Your trying to confuse me

IMO, obsession is love but it has a potential to be dangerous in case of a break up. Someone that loves you won't treat you like a possession & will let go when it's time to let the relationship go for whatever reason. An obsessed person, however, will treat you like their property, will tell you what to wear & will hold on for dear life when you try to break things off with them due to the controlling behaviour. That's when stuff hits the fan & they'll either stalk you, slander your name or even try to kill you because if they can't have you, then no one else will.
