I was at home in imo state five weeks to the presidential election and I remained in the village until election results were declared.
Okorocha used the electronic medium owned by the state the orient Fm radio and campaigned for Buhari and the APC on daily basis before the election.
You know what igbos can do. We don't take things serious and it is difficult for a ruler or leader in Igbo land to convince his subject in any issue
Everyone is an authority in his family
They don't take instructions or appeals from government.
Rochas can't be blamed for APC failure in imo state over the presidential election
Imo state gave Buhari over 133000 votes, the highest in south-east

I don't get the blame game too.

Few days of campaign can not change a lifetime of hate and divisive ways and attitude towards other people...

We heard all the hate and bigoted rants by leaders in that region mounted against their own Ngige and his Northern and SW party members...

Half of the igbos in the south east voted for Buhari but it was unfortunate that their votes didn't count as PDP capitalized on the fact that it's the leading party and monopolized the whole process by a massive rigging.


On the other hand, for the sake of Rev Father Mbaka, Buhari should have treated the igbos a bit fairer. That man put his life on the line for Buhari's sake. He popularized Buhari at a time when his relevance was dwindling in the south east.
