I blame the woman
She must have tempted the man with skimpy clothes and sexy or provocative appearance. These things are natural in men to desire women when "provoked". As long as the man has blood in him, and he's not castrated or old, then he will be aroused. It's hard to control. That's why the Bible asked us to flee fornication.
