But am just wondering, countries like South Sudan, CAR that are experiencing unrest.... Dem go still deploy volunteers go there... just being curious.

Don't forget there are some countries that Nigeria is ahead according to time zone. In that case, we can wait for 13 hours more after 12 midnight to carry everybody along. Just my opinion

seriously speaking we may not be up to 500k becos some ppl said it was NYSC n didnt check d difference futher so didny apply 2ndly, a friend of mine who technically knws or sees every opening in Nigeria but he didnt see this one...n he looked uninterested when i told him of it...so personally i think less than 100k
