So Nigeria's problem is now the colour of the Notes abi, but people are losing jobs daily.

I think what he (Buhari) wants to achieve from that is,when colour is changed and you are given a time limit to obtain the new one, everybody that went to change the old one will be known and the amount he is swapping,but even at that, our politicians don't keep their loot in Naira and they will still device a means to beat the policy.
