You surely need an upgrade, though I haven't heard of 145mb RAM. I strongly doubt if a smartphone can effectively run even the basic apps on that.
Again 145 sounds strange. Memory devices capacities usually go in multiples of 2, eg 2mb, 4mb, 8mb,16mb, 32mb, 64mb, 128mb, 256mb, 512mb, 1gb and so on.
