P-le-a-s-e, it is common knowkedge that Amaechi is the one who initially connected the cult boys to Odilli. It was on account of his power brokerage between Odilli and the cult boys that led to an ordinary cult persona becoming the chief security officer (CSO) of Rivers state.

Odilli na old man. He did not have the connection with the cult boys of the streets. Amaechi, his protégé and speaker did. This is what eventually led to militancy in the state.
